Introducing groups

Madelaine Ingles Speech & Language is proud to introduce “Conversation Station,” our first virtual language and social skills group therapy program!

Why group therapy?

  • Natural opportunities to develop conversation skills

  • Carryover of skills learned in individual therapy sessions

  • Small group size (2-4 kids per group)

Why virtual?

  • Affordable and convenient

  • Safe and secure

  • Low risk of cancellation due to unforeseen illness, COVID-19 exposure, or inclement weather

What does it include?

  • 30-minute virtual pre-program consultation with a registered Speech-Language Pathologist

  • 45-60 minute group sessions lead by a Speech-Language Pathologist and/or Communicative Disorders Assistant

  • Interactive games, virtual stories, fun videos, and MORE!

Dates and Fees:

  • Dates and times to be determined based on your child’s age and availability

  • Saturdays available

  • 10 weeks beginning October 1st, 2022

  • Current groups will run this FALL:

    • Saturday : 11 am - 12 pm

  • $950 for 10 weeks, payable in two instalments, missed sessions cannot be refunded but a one-time make up session will be offered

Please note: The success of any group therapy program depends on our ability to match clients according to age, ability, interests, and therapeutic goals. Every effort will be made to optimize the fit between participants within groups. While we work to find the right age-matched peer for your child, we may ask you to join a waiting list so that your child can begin therapy when a compatible peer is found!
